Frequently asked questions
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your existing data but new creation is paused until you're within the new tier's limits.
- What's the difference between external pitches and in-platform pitches?
- External pitches go to your contacts who haven't claimed their Pop! Booker team yet. We template the email content and opt-in links for you, you send from your existing email. Double opt-in allows you to pitch directly to contacts. In-platform pitches are sent directly to teams listed in our directory.
- What happens when I hit my monthly pitch limit?
- You can purchase add-on pitch packs — 200 external pitches for $5 or 1,000 in-platform pitches for $10, each valid for one year. We'll always use monthly allotment before add-ons. Add-ons are available on The Local and The Tour plans.
- What can member seats do?
- Members can read and reply to existing pitches and chats. They cannot send new pitches or accept/decline booking requests — that's reserved for owners and managers.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Billing is managed through a secure Stripe-hosted portal — we never store your card details.
- Is there a free trial?
- No trial period — our The Garage tier is free forever and includes everything you need to get discovered and trial the platform: your public EPK page, directory listing, unlimited incoming pitches and a small number of contacts and outgoing pitches.
- What's included in The Label plan?
- The Label is a custom engagement for booking agencies and labels managing multiple acts. Reach out through the contact page and we'll put together a package that fits your operation.
